Hospital Decon Site Survey

DQE's Decon Site Survey is a cost-effective evaluation of a hospital's current level of decontamination preparedness and makes appropriate recommendations in order to maximize employee safety, prepare for decontamination-related incidences, and meet regulatory requirements.

The survey includes an inventory and inspection of all decontamination equipment, personal protective gear and related supplies; an audit of the Decontamination and Respiratory Protection Programs; and an assessment of the designated emergency decontamination area. A formal report helps channel the hospital through the findings and provides guidance on implementing and enhancing a hospital's emergency decontamination efforts.
